Office Hours

Our office hours include two evenings a week for your convenience, and are by appointment. A pre-arranged time can be set up to leave your pet with us for the day to receive his/her exam.

Monday and Thursday 8 am to 8 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Saturday 8 am to 12 noon

You and your pet are the most important part of our clinic. To better serve you, we have established the following policies and procedures to provide superior pet health care effectively and efficiently:

APPOINTMENTS

Office visits are by appointment, with some flexibility to allow for your busy schedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us a call within 24 hours and we'll be happy to reschedule your pet's visit.

WAITING ROOM COURTESY

For the protection of your pet and those around you, it is requested that pets be on a leash or in a carrier. Our staff, other pets, and their owners will appreciate it.

PAYMENT POLICY

Our goal is to provide superior care and services at reasonable prices. As in most doctor's offices (human as well as animal) full payment is required at the time service is provided.  For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Care Credit, and money orders. We prefer not to have to offer billing, which requires a great deal of administration, and only serves to drive up the overall cost of service.
