We are an “After Hours Assurance” hospital.
This means that we are committed to providing our clients with easy access to emergency guidance and support when the office is closed. There is nothing worse than not knowing what to do in a pet emergency. When a client calls our main phone number after hours, they will reach the After Hours Assurance call center that will give them the option to speak with one of our veterinarians and get medical advice.
How do clients benefit?

· Often they will avoid unnecessary and expensive trips to the emergency clinic.
The service can be used when TRAVELING WITH THEIR PETS:
Our clients can call from anywhere in the U.S. and be directed to an emergency hospital wherever they are.
How do clients use the service?
Pay per call: Clients can pay for each after hours call. Prices are:
a. $35.00for calls before midnight.
b. $50.00 for calls after midnight and on weekends.
c. $65.00 for calls on major holidays.
